Meet the Team

As a traditionally trained Methodist minister, Zack has served as the senior pastor of Pine Log Church since 2016. Zack completed his seminary education at Emory University with  honors while serving in the local church. Having worked as a clinical social worker, Zack values the intersection between psychology and spirituality. Zack places great value on non-traditional methods of reaching people who have no religious affiliation, or those who have given up on church. He currently lives in Bartow county with his wife, Molly, and their blended family of 7. 

Carla was raised in Martin, TN where she attended the University of TN at Martin to earn a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting.  She spent 20 years in corporate accounting.  She now enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, reading and serving various ministries.  She is a member of Sixes UMC.  She has a passion for Jesus, family and animals.  She is married to Tony, has 2 stepchildren and 2 grandchildren.  She is very excited to be part of the team at Pine Log Church and being involved in the community.
